I ordered online and they arrived in a box with a ribbon on so I never checked to ruin the ribbon, on opening them at the gathering I was appalled and embarrassed to find just one earing was in the pouch. I find it disgusting that something you would pay for from such a renound store can ruin someone's birthday gift.

It totally spoilt the night. When emailing to try resolve I received an email back saying they will be back to us within 5 days I tried to ring and was told on an automated service to contact online.
